Our Goals
CEE-Trust is broadly focused on helping our members create vibrant ecosystems for education innovation and reform in their cities.
To do so we facilitate the growth of entrepreneurial education initiatives, share high-impact reform strategies between cities, and help communities design and launch city-based initiatives that champion education innovation and reform.
Our Activities
CEE-Trust is a convener, collaborator, and consultant for cities across the country.
- Convening: We gather the full CEE-Trust network annually and lead working groups on individual topics like charter school incubation, school governance reform, and blended learning. Through our various convenings we share lessons learned, foster communication, document best practices, and help cities improve their efforts to drive the education reform agenda forward.
- Collaborating: We help members explore new reform strategies, develop and execute collaborative projects, and partner with high-impact education entrepreneurs looking for opportunities to expand their programs.
- Consulting: We provide members with limited consulting support as they explore or implement new reform projects. We also offer more in-depth consulting services to city-focused groups that are interested in developing education reform strategies informed by lessons learned through CEE-Trust's work with our members.
